You receive an order reference by email/SMS. Our team confirms stock and shipping before dispatch.
Delivery guarantee
If your order is lost in transit or arrives significantly damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund eligible items.
Returns
Unused gadgets in original packaging may be returned within 7 days for inspection. Opened or used items may not qualify unless faulty on arrival.
